About UsGeoFair is the new name for what has been called the "Cincinnati Gem, Mineral, Fossil, Lapidary and Jewelry Show." Over the years this name has grown, as well as the show itself. The show has been the production of the Cincinnati Mineral Society, in conjunction with many local organizations, including the Lapidary Society, the Cincinnati Museum of Natural History and Science, and the Dry Dredgers. In the year 2000, the Dry Dredgers joined the Cincinnati Mineral Society in co-sponsoring this annual production. The new, shorter name, GeoFair 2008, marks the 43rd year of annual productions.
